Scott FladHammer is currently offering an intensive consulting program for selected applicants who will work closely with him for 90 days for $9,900.00 USD. This Personal Real Estate Coaching program includes live, video-based training, telephone coaching, and answers to unlimited email questions.

Here’s what this Personal Real Estate Coaching involves:
1. Direct, Unlimited Email Questions
The program will allow you to email Scott FladHammer directly (one question at a time, once you’ve received an answer to a previous one), and he will personally respond to your question within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays). Email Scott as many times as you wish during those 30 days. Your question may be general or specific.
2. Two One-Hour Telephone Consultations
With this program, you will have two hours worth of one-on-one, telephone consultation with Scott (by appointment only), which you can use as you wish.
For example, you can have an initial consultation at the beginning, and then a recap consultation at the end of your 30-day period. Or you can have a single, two-hour consultation. The choice is yours to use these two hours as you wish during those 30 days.
3. Five (5) Recorded Webinar-Based Real Estate Deal Critiques
During those 30 days, you get up to five (5) webinar-based coaching calls of up to one hour each with Scott FladHammer (live video feeds accessible from your browser), where he will share his desktop with you and speak with you on the phone or computer microphone.
You can ask him any question or have him go over any document you wish, and you get to see what he sees, hear what he says, and watch what he types.
These sessions will be recorded using screencam video and audio, so you get a copy of these recordings to use as reference. (Web-based downloads only.) Critiques are done by appointment only, and you must allow at least 48 hours to encode and upload the videos.
You can have Scott take a look at any piece of copy you create and go over it with a “fine-tooth comb.” He will then give you actionable recommendations you can implement to maximize your copy’s selling power. Have him go over any salesletter, check out any website, review any autoresponder copy, strategize any business process, etc.
It’s up to you to use these sessions as you wish.
With 10 videos lasting over two hours, done for an actual, paid client. (normally a charge of $1,
000 to $3,000 per critique.) This is one of many videos pulled from Scott FladHammer’s private website.
4. Answers to Any Question You May Have
Whether it’s by email, telephone or webinar, you can ask Scott FladHammer anything about real estate investing, internet business, product creation, marketing, positioning, motivation, Web 2.0, blogging, success, time management, outsourcing, and particularly marketing.
You can use him as a sounding board to bounce ideas, get suggestions on how to optimize a certain aspect of your business, or receive action-steps to better your copywriting skills.
But above all, you can ask anything on copy itself. Stuck on a headline? Lost in bullets? Looking for a story, angle or hook? Want to make a better offer? Seeking suggestions for split-testing your copy? Then run it by him to see what he thinks and how you can improve it.
5. Access To Any of His Digital Products
This program also entitles you to any of Scott FladHammer’s personal products. Ask for a copy and he will send it to you. This applies to any of his own digital products delivered via the web, and does not include products created with joint-venture partners.
6. Shared Copyrights
With this program, you are welcome to reprint the answers you receive. You can give copies to a your attorney, tenants, property manager, …. You can turn your coaching sessions into a product you can sell. (You are required to give proper credit when doing so.)
Also, you may never use Scott’s answers or his coaching in any way that’s illegal or unethical. For example, you cannot spam, defame, or break any laws or regulations. You are solely liable for any damages in such cases and are responsible for any legal fees.
Only Serious Entrepreneurs Need Apply
Here are the conditions you must meet to be considered for this program:
- You have an established business
- You are ready to do what it takes to take your business to the next level
- You have at least a basic understanding of real estate investing
- You should not submit originals as materials will not be returned
- You or your business is not engaged in illegal or unethical practices
- You are not allowed any extensions or substitutions, for any reason
- You are responsible for any direct, out-of-pocket expenses (if you need to fax, call long distance, mail, buy additional software, or whatever, it’s your sole responsibility)
